WOW!!! I really like this idea. I hardly ever use the balcony we have because growing up we had a full garden!!! A balcony is such a con! I want to see more on the development of this idea… When we build my husband and I want to build a Spanish inspired house and as you know, they incorporate courtyards!

You can start to write the design brief for the Spanish Inspired House. It is in the Design Brief where you can express all the features of the house you want. Include photos and anything you like. You will have a far better experience building when you are ready if you take the time to write down your vision. All the best! I love the concept, but the entry area & car parking areas looks very constraint in space. Have you build a house in this concept? I would love to see it.

Thanks for your feedback. The parking can be re-designed. Any aspect of the house can also be designed to meet your specific needs
This was a Concept House and we look forward to building it soon.
What has already been built is Zuri House and Others.
